In writing we were trying to build our confidence for our Speeches so Miss Bennett gave us topics and we had to choose a group of three or two I went with My friends Mya and Neve. Our topic was veggie cruelty and when we were finished we had to read it in front of the class to practice for speeches.

Meditation
In writing we were doing brainstorms of what meditation is all about and then we had to make a piece of writing about it using some of our ideas.

Bake off
Bake off by Zoe
As we started the bake off, I was full of excitement as a smile spread across my face. In my group I had Paige, Hannah, and me we were baking all spiced cookies, the other team was baking rainbow cupcakes. As we were making our mixture it went wrong the dough was to dry. A few minutes later the mixture was ready. Next we chose the shapes we wanted for our cookies, we chose hearts, horses, stars, and some other shapes. After a while, we finished the shaping of the cookies, and slowly slipped them into the oven. Ten minutes later they were ready, our team made the icing and slowly spread it on , with a flick of excitement. Meanwhile we sprinkled our popping candy, and sprinkles,onto our delicious, all spiced cookies. We were finished icing our cookies, moving onto a big mess to clean up.
A few hours later after our cake, it was time for the competition. Wolfgang tried the cupcakes and the all spiced cookies then Megan and shannon tried them, Wolfgang write which one he liked. 3,2,1 they all voted cupcakes. well done I said as I was full of joy, and moving onto the best movie how I shrunk my teacher.

After speaking with mr K, he said I am good with my figurative language and I have used a lot but I am putting my punctuation in some wrong spots. also I have used some vocabulary but I need to be more selective to move up to level 4. My goals are vocabulary and punctuation.
